Earlier both the leading giants of mobile industry that is Apple and Samsung were involved regarding the patent case. Now in United States both the companies head have to speak up in front of jury regarding this high profile patent case. Both of the companies are blaming each other on copying their patents. Apple is demanding from the judge to ban the Samsung devices and provide compensation from Samsung and in addition to this also criticizing this Korean manufacturer of doubling its features and design of its devices. On the other hand Samsung is claiming the Apple has violated numerous of its personal patents. In a San Jose courtroom the trial has been extended for more than three weeks. But on 15 August the judge make an appeal to both the parties to make a settlement.


Under the judgment of Lucy Koh in the US district has stated that try making harmony as this would create risk for both the companies. At the same time Samsung produces witness in the court which includes a designer who helped the company in constructing the Galaxy line of tablets. With the help of the interpreter the company stated that from October 2009 Samsung start working on a tablet that is few months in advance of the launching of the iPad in January 2010 and thereby denying that the rival company have copied the design. Thus blaming each other for cheating their originals devices let see what decision the judge would take.
