On Friday Apple has gained an amazing victory which should be written in the golden words in the history of Apple. The jury has taken the judgment in the favor of Apple when the jury found some clues against the Korean company regarding copying down the features of Apple devices such as ipad and iphone. Moreover the US Company has been awarded by $1.05 billion for the damages that the company has faced. Such news has made the company the largest company in the business and has done a record break business of $675 in after-hours trade. This great news would strengthen the dominance of Apple in the mobile market and lagging behind the devices of Samsung.


Before this judgment Apple was facing rising and falling in its business but this overwhelming victory in the history of Apple has open the doors of a bright future for Apple moreover people are desperately waiting for the arrival of its innovative iphone 5. Apple claimed against Samsung that the company has copied the designs of their devices instead of its own developed range of tablets and Android powered handsets. On the other hand the Samsung lawyer stated that Apple does not possess any patent rights regarding the rectangular gadgets along with big screens and curved corners. But on the other hand both the company possesses a $5 billion-plus supply relationship and Apple is Samsung’s major consumer for microprocessors and other central parts for Apple gadgets.
